By act of the City Council, boat launching is no longer allowed at the Liberty Street Boat Landing, otherwise referred to as the Upper Landing as of April 1, 2024. The landing is still open to docking, fishing, and other normal activities. A street barricade will be put in place to inhibit further launching but allow servicing of the porta-potty during the summer season. Watch for green space improvements this summer.
