Upper Boat Landing
Located behind the Wing Dam Saloon at 1 North Shore Drive. This is a smaller landing and will hold only a couple vehicles with trailers.
Lower Boat Landing
Located behind the Fountain City Community Park on Mill Street. Large landing with ample room for parking and launching.
Boat Landing Launch Fees:
Required at both the lower and upper landings to pay for maintenance and upgrading cost of facilities. Self serve envelopes, fee schedule and depository boxes at each location.
- $35 Annual Sticker (Jan – Dec) purchased via envelope at the landing or at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
- $25 Senior Annual sticker (January – December) must be purchased at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office with proof of being 65 years of age or older.
- $15 Additional Family Sticker
- $7 Daily pass
- $50 Boat Launch parking fine without launch sticker

Notice: For online payments made at the landing, you must record your receipt number on the boat launch envelope. Use this form to obtain daily or annual pass to launch a water vessel from this site. You are required to obtain and display the pass as required by Ordinance #33. Failure to do so may result in fines. Annual admission stickers will be mailed to provided address.
