The City of Fountain City, in collaboration with 4th Coast Consulting, faculty and students from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, has completed our community project to guide long-term planning for the use, accessibility, and connectedness of our public and city-owned spaces. You are cordially invited to attend a public presentation of our findings and recommendations, to be held on the evening of Wednesday, May 13, at 7:00pm or immediately following our scheduled Common Council meeting, whichever is later. The presentation will be facilitated by members of our project team that includes faculty members and students from UW Eau Claire, as well as Fountain City council members and a question-and-answer period will follow. Refreshments will be served.
The final report of our findings and recommendations had been published online and is available for you to review via the link below. You are invited to review and consider the report in advance of our May 13th conversation. We welcome you to bring your thoughts and questions if you plan to attend. This report and our planned presentation represent the beginning of a new chapter in engaging a more proactive and collaborative approach when planning for the future of our City. If you are unable to attend, we invite you to stay tuned, as more opportunities to share your thoughts and to get involved will be announced soon.
As always, we deeply appreciate your time and engagement in these ongoing efforts to enhance our wonderful community.
